How long does it take for my order to ship? 

We ship all orders as quickly as possible, but please note that there may be processing delays in shipping during sale events and peak shopping days. If you need to receive your package by a specific date, you can always contact Customer Care at 888-495-9699 for help in choosing the right shipping method to get it there on time! 

Shipping Methods (contiguous US) 

Savvy Saver: after processing time, transit is typically 4-9 business days. Delivered by USPS in partnership with FedEx. Available for PO Box addresses only.

FedEx Ground: after processing time, transit is typically 2-5 business days. 

FedEx Express: Once shipped, typical transit time is 2-3 business days. If your order is placed before 10am EST on a business day, order should ship out that day. If your order is placed after 10am EST, your order will ship out the following business day. No weekend delivery. 

FedEx ASAP: Once shipped, typical transit time is 1 business day. If your order is placed before 10am EST on a business day, your order should ship out that day. If your order is placed after 10am EST, your order will ship out the following business day. No weekend delivery. 

Shipping Methods (non-contiguous US) 

Savvy Saver: Delivered by USPS in partnership with FedEx. After your order is processed, transit time typically 10 to 14 business days, with delivery Monday-Saturday. 

USPS Express: After your order is processed, transit time is 3-5 business days.  

APO/FPO Address Shipping Info: 

Priority Mail: Via USPS. After your order is processed, transit time is typically 7 to 10 business days. 

Outlying US Territories: 

USPS: After your order is processed, transit time is typically 7 to 10 business days. 

USPS Express: After your order is processed, transit time is typically 3-5 business days. 

Please note: When packages are deemed as "undeliverable" by the shipping courier, the package will be returned back to us. When our team receives "return to sender" packages, we are able to process an automatic refund on your original form of payment.
