Exchanging an item? We've made it even easier to nab the goods you want, and to send back the ones that didn't work out! Be sure to hang on to the return shipping label included in your package, and follow the steps below.
- As a Guest or Registered Customer, go to order lookup and enter your order number and email address. As a Registered Customer, you can also log in and navigate to your order history!
- From order look up or your history, select the order you wish to exchange and click on 'Exchange an Item'.
- Select your item
- Select exchange
- Select Edit Size/Color to pick a new one
- Select your exchange reason code
- Click Continue
- Select your refund method, just in case the item you are exchanging for sells out.
- Click Submit Return!
- Pack up the items to be sent back and apply the return shipping label to the outside of your box!
As soon as we have your original items, please allow 5-7 business days for your new order to be processed and shipped!
