I received a restock notification, but the item was out of stock again. Why?

Since our notifications are automatically sent anytime we enter an item back into inventory, some emails may be the result of a single item being returned to us in resellable condition.

If we’ve only restocked one returned item, it’s possible that another customer was just slightly quicker getting to the site to purchase it. Don’t worry, though! Your notification request isn’t deleted until you manually delete it, so we’ll email you the next time we restock!

To unsubscribe from a notification, just log in and visit the My Notifications box on your account page. All of the notifications you’ve signed up for are listed there, so you can always check to see which fabulous items you’re still waiting to buy!
