Holiday 2020 Exchange & Return Policy

Purchases made November 1, 2020 - December 31, 2020 will be eligible for return to original payment method or store credit with $5 bonus until January 31st, 2021. Items purchased November 1, 2020 - December 31, 2020 can be exchanged until February 28th 2021

All returns are free of charge for our domestic customers. We travel all around the globe to find unique styles we hope you'll love, but we know that finding just the right fit for you can sometimes be tough. That's why we offer easy returns and exchanges.

U.S. Customers:
- Exchange
Love it, but need a different size or color, or pattern? No problem! Exchange requests must be received within 60 days of the original order date. Exchanges are always free! PLEASE NOTE: Creating an exchange on our site does not guarantee inventory is held for exchanges; there is a possibility that inventory will sell out. Please contact Customer Care for alternative options at 888-495-9699
- Returns
Returns must be received within 30 days from the day your order shipped to be eligible for a refund back to your original payment method. You also have the option of receiving a store credit + $5 bonus that you can use towards finding something you love. Returns received 31-60 days from the day your order shipped will be refunded in store credit only. EFFECTIVE August 1, 2020 - If a garment is received with a hang tag, the hang tag must be still be attached to make a return.

Items Not Eligible for Refund or Store Credit:

  1. Items marked as final sale.
  2. Free gifts or promotional items with retail value.
  3. Returns received in damaged/worn condition.
  4. Returns received after 60 days of the original order shipment date.
  5. Shipping charges, except in cases where we have made a shipping error.
  6. Cosmetics
  7. Items without hang tag - effective August 1, 2020

Packaging Requirements:

  1. Swimwear: Must be returned with hygienic liner intact. If swimsuit is reversible, both liners must be intact to be accepted for a return. Any swimwear received without the hygienic liner (both for reversible swimwear) will receive no refund or store credit.
  2. Shoes: Must be returned with original shoebox. Please place it inside a larger packing box. Shoes returned with postage stickers on the original shoebox are non-refundable and will receive no refund or store credit.
  3. Non-Apparel Items: Must be returned with original packaging intact, otherwise they are non-refundable and will receive no refund or store credit.
  4. Effective August 1, 2020: Hang tag must be attached to garment to return.
